Summit News and Information

St. Baldrick's Event

Summit and Delta had another successful St. Baldricks Event raising over $3,000 dollars, and bringing the school total to over $30,000 in the past 6 years.  The staff and students theme this year was Summit and Delta Crush kid’s cancer, and the staff and students worked hard to do just that.  They teamed up with Chipotle in Crestwood to fundraise for the cause, held multiple raffles, and duck-taped Dean Bacino to the wall all to help raise money for childhood cancer research.

Congratulations Wildcats!

The Summit Learning Center Wildcats won the CAAEL (Chicago Area Alternative Education League)state championship. They also brought home the second place sportsmanship award.

You can watch the team in action thanks to our TV production class at this link:

They competed against the Delta Learning Center's basketball team on Friday, the 11th winning 65 to 63.
